By placing an order with Accessory Avenue, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Accessory Avenue reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, materials, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, size, or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.

The material composition of each item is specified on the product page. Customers are encouraged to review this information before making a purchase.

3. Jewelry Care

Proper care is essential to maintain the appearance and longevity of your jewelry.

Jewelry may naturally tarnish over time, particularly when exposed to water, perfumes, lotions, sweat, chemicals, humidity, or improper storage. Tarnishing and normal wear and tear are not considered manufacturing defects.

To prolong the life of your jewelry, we recommend:

Removing jewelry before bathing, swimming, exercising, and sleeping.
Avoiding contact with perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, and cleaning products.
Storing jewelry in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Accessory Avenue cannot be held responsible for tarnishing, fading, discoloration, or damage caused by improper care, exposure to moisture or chemicals, or normal wear and tear.

4. Skin Sensitivities and Allergic Reactions

While the materials used in each item are disclosed on the product page, individual skin sensitivities and allergic reactions may vary.

Accessory Avenue shall not be held liable for any skin irritation, allergic reactions, or discomfort arising from the use of our products. Customers with known allergies or sensitivities are advised to review the material specifications carefully before purchasing.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the order.

To qualify for a refund:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
Items must be returned in their original condition.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless an incorrect or defective item was supplied.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take several business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.

6. Exchange Policy

Customers may exchange items within ten (10) calendar days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

Items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

7. Earrings Policy

For hygiene reasons, earrings are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

8. Sale and Promotional Items

Items purchased on sale, clearance, or during promotional events are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers must notify Accessory Avenue within 48 hours of receiving an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Photographic evidence may be required to assist with the investigation and resolution of the claim.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier services and location.

Accessory Avenue shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

Courier companies;
Public holidays;
Adverse weather conditions;
Strikes or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Accessory Avenue will not be liable for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details supplied by the customer.

11. Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

12. Limitation of Liability

Accessory Avenue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Accessory Avenue website, including logos, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, and written content, remains the property of Accessory Avenue and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
