Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service used. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where applicable.

Delays

Accessory Avenue is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Accessory Avenue cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, Accessory Avenue cannot be held liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. We will, however, assist customers in liaising with the courier company wherever possible.
